We think insight has become a devalued term.
Many agencies talk about it – but do they really deliver it?
We have access to a specialist team of 30 trained psychologists, planners and researchers (we call them the CSU – the Central Strategy Unit) They’ll really get under the skin of your audience and issue, unearthing the compelling insight you need.
First we’ll trawl through existing data and best practice to identify what works.
Then we’ll test our ideas and come up with new ones. We are specialists in co-creation qualitative research and enrol the target audience as ‘creative directors’ to ‘work up’ an initiative that works for them and their peers.
Ultimately, we’re looking for the ‘positive exchange’ – what package of benefits will prompt people to change their attitudes and behaviour?
We use a variety of techniques, ranging from discussion and debate through to artwork, video diaries and role play.
Based on the insights from our research, we’ll develop activities that deliver real impact. And we always use channels that are proven.
This could be advertising, PR, digital or stakeholder engagement. But it could involve a new service or product. Or most likely – a mix of all of these.
